  • Description: Pablo Picasso Pencil Signed Open Edition Offset Lithograph Mother Child Four Studies Right Hand Framed Print. This is a known large or open edition photolithograph issued unsigned and unnumbered. During his later decades Picasso autographed many open editions such as the types of prints in Derriere le Miroir and Verve type loose print bookseller folios. While we have not yet located another autographed example of this photoprint and we have no written provenance or authentication – but that being said, we have sold many signed and numbered Picasso editions and at least to our staff, this print’s pencil signature in the margin looks entirely consistent with Picasso’s.
  • Signature: Signed “Picasso” lower right margin with signature and year in print.
  • Condition: Fine estate discovery condition. Minor craquelure and some estate dust and debris along the surface, mild discoloration. Frame shows scattered surface scuffs and chipping. See our multiple images.
