Signed Van Gogh, for Jack Gutschneider Jewelry Co., & numbered with four 4’s, it is similar to the work of major manufacturers like David Webb or some of the famous French houses. It is extremely sturdy & ready to wear. Comes with GIA report #5232974345 to verify the ruby info.
